Ms. Pipak practices in the fields of employment and civil rights litigation, healthcare related matters and commercial litigation.  She manages discovery, including electronic discovery, in actions in both state and federal court.  Her experience as a former federal Law Clerk serves the firm well in her writing and trial support efforts.
