    • Thomas W. Shaffer v. Fayette County, et al., United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania – No. 14-309.  Obtained summary judgment in case brought by a part-time assistant public defender relating to his termination due to his unsatisfactory job performance. (February 2016). Subsequent appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania – No. 653 WDA 2017 denied and dismissal of case affirmed. (March 2018). 
    • John Ruckman v. C/O John Lakas, C/O Tammy Radar, C/O Sgt Heaton, C/O B. J. Parker, Deputy Warden Carol Smith-Steele, Warden William Schouppe and C/O Rosenstill, United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania – No. 17-384. Obtained summary judgment in a case brought by former inmate alleging constitutional violations against county jail employees stemming from his own failure to adhere to the correction facility’s rules and subsequent disciplinary action. (January 2019).
    • Larry Bowser v. Clarion County, Court of Common Pleas of Clarion County, Pennsylvania – No. 451 CD 2015. Obtained summary judgment in case brought by a Juvenile Probation Officer asserting age discrimination and hostile work environment relating to his termination due to his own improper conduct. (April 2018). Subsequent appeal to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania – No. 653 C.D. 2018 affirmed the order of the trial court. (March 2019).           
    • Lawrence R. Stiefel  v. Department of Butler County Prison of Pennsylvania, Government Unit, Cpt. Rychorwicz, C/O. Bartlette and C/O. Scullio, United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania – No. 16-975. Obtained summary judgment in a case brought by a former inmate alleging retaliation against county jail employees for disciplinary measures taken against him based upon his own actions in violation of jail procedures. (March 2019).
    • Matthew S. Parker v. Wexford Health Services, Inc., Butler County, Pennsylvania, and Gloria Schweitzer, Quality Mental Health Professional, United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania – No. 18-911. Obtained dismissal with prejudice of a case brought by a former inmate against correctional staff alleging inadequate medical care for failing to provide inmate with medication without a valid prescription. (September 2019).
    • Marcia A. Croce v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Indiana County, Indiana County Domestic Relations, Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Laurel Legal Service, Charles Himmelreich, Matthew Budash of Budash and Welsh, Mathew G. Simon of The Law Offices of Simpson, Kablack & Rivosecchi, P.C., Michelle Tokarsky of The Law Offices of Silverman, Tokarsky and Forman LLC, Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Pennsylvania – No. 11069 CD 2019. Obtained dismissal with prejudice of a case brought by a former litigant against Court employees alleging gender and age discrimination. (December 2019).
