Mike handles complex litigation matters with a special emphasis on civil rights, employment and healthcare litigation. His practice focuses on representing the healthcare industry, government officials, and employers at the trial and appellate levels. He counsels and defends employers in sexual harassment, age discrimination, non-competition agreements, and wrongful discharge claims. He also defends governmental entities and officials in civil rights actions asserting due process claims, excessive force, malicious prosecution, political retaliation, freedom of speech, religion and assembly. Mike defends clients in litigation involving health care, medical devices, prescription pharmaceuticals, drug testing, implantable drug delivery systems, and biological products and litigates claims against skilled nursing facilities.
