Our History

Founded by Marie Milie Jones and Constantine (Dean) Passodelis in 2011, JonesPassodelis, PLLC, brings an energetic yet experienced approach to focus on and address the needs of its clients, both large and small. The law firm concentrates in Employment law, Civil Rights, Life Sciences, Drug and Device litigation, Professional Liability and Health Care law, Products Liability, Commercial litigation, Nursing Home litigation, Residential Real Estate litigation and Toxic Torts defense.

Prior to forming JonesPassodelis, Marie Jones gained attention some years ago, becoming the youngest, female managing partner of a major Pittsburgh firm - a position she held for nine years. Throughout her career, she has represented private and public entities in employment and civil rights related matters and commercial disputes. She has also served as Chairman of the Board of Duquesne University, and is very active in professional and community endeavors. Her partner, Dean Passodelis, likewise managed their prior firm over nine years through its Executive Committee. He maintains a national presence through writing and speaking engagements, and serves clients on a regional and national basis representing and counseling health care entities, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.

Rounding out the lawyers at JonesPassodelis are four experienced litigators, Michael Lettrich, Jason Rosenberger, Maria Pipak and Francesca Miller. Together, we strive to offer our clients a fresh approach to addressing their needs.
