Taro Pharmaceutical Corporation, 210 W.L. 4961647 (W.D. Pa. 2010); Krelic v. Mutual Pharmaceuticals, C.A. No. GD-08-024513, 161 PLJ 329 (C.C.P. Allegheny, April 11, 2013).
