- Lamar Advertising v. Belvetone System/Douglas Corteal, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Successfully prosecuted commercial action on behalf of national media firm.

- Bock vs. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Summary Judgment granted based upon plaintiffs’ failure to satisfy their proximate cause burden in a failure to warn lawsuit against prescription drugs. Affirmed by United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
- Evans vs. Quest Diagnostics, et al., Hamilton County, Ohio, 2017, Summary Judgment entered in favor of firm client based upon plaintiff’s failure to establish employment relationship with individual who committed criminal acts while providing medical services to patient. Client also awarded Rule 11 Sanctions amounting to total legal fees expended in defense of case.

- Gross v. Stryker, United States District Court, Western District, Pennsylvania. Obtained dismissal of claims based upon preemption under the Medical Device Amendments to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Reported at 858 F.Supp.2d 466 (2012).
- Leonard v. Taro Pharmaceuticals, United States District Court, Western District, Pennsylvania. Obtained favorable ruling dismissing strict liability claims against pharmaceutical manufacturer. Available at 210 W.L. 4961647.
- Krelic v. Mutual Pharmaceuticals, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Obtained noteworthy dispositive ruling on novel issue involving “different manufacturer’s exception” in generic pharmaceutical failure to warn product liability action.
